Bar Arish

A brass counter, a back-bar of Moroccan bitters and aged vermouths, and a small terrace directly facing the dunes. The aperitif hour — six to seven-thirty — is the soul of the maison, and we keep it as unhurried as possible. After eight, the cocktails lengthen and the conversation follows suit.
